By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Nexora provides ecommerce fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, and related operational services, including receiving, inventory storage, order fulfillment, shipping, returns processing, and fulfillment management support.

All services provided by Nexora are governed by separate agreements, including the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA), pricing schedules, rate cards, and any additional service-specific documentation.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring products comply with all legal requirements

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

 

5. Payments & Fees

​

All fees, including service charges, storage, and shipping costs, are governed by your agreement with Nexora.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Nexora and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for services within a reasonable period preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these Terms or applicable agreements.
